West Palm Beach, FL – Adding to their already strong expertise, Primacy bolsters its strategy team with the appointment of Shawn Gross as the Healthcare Practice Area Lead in August 2022. In his new role at Primacy, Shawn will be partnering with clients to build their organization’s long-term digital ecosystem, establish ROI measures that matter most to the c-suite, and develop digital plans and tactical roadmaps that lead to the creation of personalized hospital website experiences, CRM & Marketing Automation solutions, digital health apps and integrated brand campaigns. Prior to joining Primacy, Shawn worked at agencies Revive and White Rhino, and brings over a decade of client-side experience as the head of digital marketing at Massachusetts General Hospital and Tufts Medical Center.
In September, Primacy brought on Hayley Warack in the newly created role of Digital Evolution Practice Area Lead. She brings over 10 years of digital marketing and technology experience to the role, having worked for various marketing and technology agencies. She joins Primacy from Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL), a leading provider in tech-enabled solutions for higher education, where she led digital strategy teams, digital marketing products, and various innovation and implementation initiatives. Prior to that, she was the VP of Digital Strategy at Converge Consulting, where she joined as a foundational team member in the startup stage to lead and scale the development of their digital marketing-based solutions, team, and thought leadership.
