Meg brings more than 15 years of user experience, information architecture and content strategy expertise to Primacy—creating effective and meaningful experiences for clients across platforms. Meg crafts content-rich digital strategies, actionable personas and tailored experiences to ensure users' interests and clients' business goals are at the forefront. Meg conducts content workshops to help clients maximize the power of their brand. Her recent clients include Cornell CALS, Rice University, Gonzaga University, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Aetna, Yale Law School, and MIT.
Kieran brings nearly 20 years of experience in creative direction, interactive design and art direction to his role as head of Primacy’s Creative team. He has the team on a number of successful, award-winning projects—including work with MIT, Cornell CALS, Rice University, University of Pittsburgh, LIM College, Boston College, Lasell University, University College London (UCL) and others.

Through her leadership, Allison motivates and inspires her team to define and execute multi-channel marketing strategies with actionable plans intended to simply even the most complex of business challenges. In short, she gets the job done with surgical proficiency and dizzying speed through her ability to cut to the chase, ignite peoples’ strengths, and draw out their best work. She has crafted marketing strategies for higher ed clients such as Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Wiley Education Services, Regis University, Carlow University, Spring Hill College, Eastern CT State University, University of West Alabama and more.
VP, Data Analytics
Tom is an experienced analytics practitioner with over 15 years developing the culture, process and technologies needed to deliver successful data-informed digital strategies. He’s led analytics teams for agencies, non-profits and companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 50, and most recently Primacy.
AVP, Project Manager
Kate sets the bar for project management, providing expertise and leadership for many communications and digital strategy projects. She has worked on a wide range of projects—including engagements with MGH Institute of Health Professions, Emmanuel College, Yale Law School, University of Kansas Health System and others. Kate created the successful 18-month rolling website launch plan for UChicago Medicine, which came on the heels of a rebrand and in conjunction with a brand launch campaign.

As VP of Client Services, Carla partners closely with clients and Primacy team members to ensure business and brand objectives are met—both on a day-to-day basis and against long-term strategic needs. As the voice of the client to the extended team, Carla pulls from 17 years of experience delivering strategic and executional excellence from cross-functional, collaborative teams. Her clients include Rice University, Ursinus College, University of Pittsburgh and Auburn University.
VP, Group Director, Strategy
Matt leads Primacy’s team of industry-aligned experts in Education, Healthcare and Financial Services. In his six-plus years at Primacy he has led strategy engagements for 5 of the top 25 universities in the world and some of the top hospitals and health systems in the country. Prior to joining Primacy, Matt spent more than two decades leading marketing and communications teams at universities and hospitals in Massachusetts, including Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Northeastern University.
