As the voice of the client to the extended team, Carla pulls from nearly twenty years of experience delivering strategic and executional excellence from cross-functional, collaborative teams.

Matt leads Primacy’s team of industry-aligned experts in Education, Healthcare and Financial Services—including strategy engagements for 5 of the top 25 universities in the world and some of the top hospitals and health systems in the country. Before joining Primacy, he led marketing and communications teams at Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Northeastern University.

Kate sets the bar for project management, providing expertise and leadership for a range of communications and digital strategy projects—including brand relaunches, CRM initiatives, and an 18-month rolling website launch plan for a major health system. Today she also guides our project management department itself—developing a team that is essential to our successful client relationships.
